Yahoo Photos - Site redesign, e-commerce and upload tool plug-in
Working with the Yahoo! Photos team, overhauled and updated the entire Y! Photos user experience.  I was especially responsible for the E-Commerce portion - ordering, shopping cart, checkout of prints and gifts.  Added express ordering of entire albums and ordering from the photo browser.  I also designed the upload process, which includes a new upload tool plug-in.  This new upload tool has photo previews, drag and drop, a more logical queuing system and is intuitive for novice users.  This site is being rolled out world-wide.
