About Bryan Wu

Bryan is an award-winning interaction design director with over 16 years of experience creating innovative, easy-to-use web sites, applications, games, and promotions for high-profile clients. He brings to the creative process his strong technical background and over 9 years of experience guiding and mentoring design teams. Bryan is an expert in user-centered design, customer research techniques, and enterprise-level site design and production.

As an information architect at Studio Archetype and Sapient, Bryan redesigned several well known web sites, including Xerox.com and the award-winning E*Trade.com. At Quokka Sports, he served in product strategy and design leadership roles on NBCOlympics.com and Quokka's interactive TV explorations. Since 2000, he has helped create and improve products for Yahoo!, Shutterfly, Lexar, Bank of the West, and Blue Shield of California.

Bryan holds a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering with an Interaction Design specialization from Carnegie Mellon University. He has worked in the interaction design field since 1991.
